Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

* Load, unload, and move products to correct departments

* Price merchandise according to guidelines

* Track production numbers and complete reports

* Maintain organized work areas and clean environment

* Operate warehouse equipment as trained

* Follow safety protocols and procedures

Donation Processing

* Assist donors with donation drop-offs

* Complete donation receipts accurately

* Collect and track donor information

* Process various types of donations including:

o Clothing and accessories

o Household items

o Electronics

o Furniture and antiques

o Jewelry and collectibles

Equipment Operation May be trained to operate:

* Baler

* Compactor

* Forklift

* Elevator

* Other warehouse equipment

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience

* High School Diploma preferred

* Must read, write, and speak English proficiently

* Warehouse experience beneficial

* Customer service experience helpful
