Your contributions will help maintain strong client relationships, support renewal activities, and ensure critical benefits information is managed accurately and on time.

  • Support Account Managers in servicing small group employee benefits clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate enrollments, terminations, and benefit changes with carriers and vendors to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding benefits, billing, eligibility, and claims with professionalism and urgency.
