ProVest LLC is seeking a Certified Private Process Servers to provide reliable and professional civil process service in Brevard County, FL

Position Overview

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and judged signed court appointments in legal document delivery.

Ideal candidates include:

  • Licensed Private Investigators
  • Experienced Process Servers who have current judge signed court appointments (required)
  • Current or Former Law Enforcement Professionals

Key Responsibilities

  • Make diligent service attempts:
  • Up to 4 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
  • In rare cases, some clients require up to 8 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
  • Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)
  • Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion
  • Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to:
    • Upload photo evidence of addresses
    • Submit detailed attempt notes
    • Record service or non-service outcomes
