We are hiring Servers in VIRGINIA BEACH! Baker’s Crust Artisan Kitchen in Landstown Commons is a specialty upscale casual dining concept that distinguishes itself from the competition by its innovative and creative menu. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials, menu changes, and restaurant promotions.
  2. Knowledge of all Baker’s Crust Artisan Kitchen's food and beverage menus.
  3. Be ready and willing to assist fellow team members and management as needed.
  4. Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
  5. Attention to cleanliness and safety.
  6. Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.

Requirements:

  1. Skilled listener and effective communicator
  2. Maintain proper uniform standards.
  3. Ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs., and work in confined spaces.
  4. Understanding of food service health and safety rules.
  5. Ability to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
  6. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
