Position Overview

ReefPoint Group is seeking Business Process Engineers and Process Improvement Consultants to support operational transformation and process modernization initiatives for federal clients.


This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving organizational challenges, improving workflows, and helping teams operate more effectively. We are seeking individuals who can analyze how work is performed, identify opportunities for improvement, and support implementation of sustainable operational solutions.


Successful candidates will bring strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement skills, and experience supporting process improvement or transformation efforts within complex and mission-driven environments.


What You'll Do
  • Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational challenges to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and process discovery sessions
  • Develop current-state and future-state process maps and workflow documentation
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and operational risks and develop improvement recommendations
  • Support process redesign, implementation, and transformation efforts
  • Collaborate with leadership, operational teams, and technical stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
  • Develop deliverables including process maps, recommendations, implementation plans, and operational analyses
  • Support change management and adoption activities associated with operational improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness efforts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience supporting business process improvement, workflow analysis, operational consulting, or related functions
  • Experience analyzing and documenting business processes or supporting operational improvement initiatives
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in client-facing and collaborative environments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal agencies including VA, DoD, DHA, or civilian agencies
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies
  • Experience supporting organizational transformation or change initiatives
  • Experience developing process maps, workflow analyses, or operational models
  • Experience facilitating workshops or stakeholder working sessions
  • Experience supporting healthcare, operational, or mission-focused consulting environments
  • Familiarity with Agile or project delivery methodologies
  • Public Trust or security clearance eligibility or active clearance
