Job description

What You’ll Do:
- Support process improvements impacting OEE, scrap, and throughput
- Map physical and ERP (Epicor) production flow
- Analyze manufacturing data and identify improvement opportunities
- Assist with capital equipment installation and commissioning
- Participate in root cause investigations
- Develop and update work instructions
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering
- 0–3 years manufacturing or process engineering experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Comfortable working on production floor


Preferred:
- Basic understanding of GD&T and measurement techniques
- Exposure to ERP systems in a manufacturing setting

As a Process Engineer you will be offered pay of $70,000-$85,000 dependent on experience.  You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus tied to overall performance of the organization.
