That is the purpose of this Entry-Level Business Development Associate opportunity.

The development path is built around three stages:


LEARN

Understand the client process, the available health and life benefit options, and the systems used to stay organized.


PRACTICE

Work on communication, questioning, follow-up, and the ability to explain information simply.


BUILD

Create consistent activity, improve your results, and develop stronger business-development habits.


No degree or previous industry experience is required. The role is on-site, and development is supported through coaching, observation, and repetition.


The opportunity may fit someone who has outgrown retail, hospitality, customer service, recruiting, fitness, or another people-focused position and wants a more professional growth path.


This is a contractor position. Compensation is earned through commissions rather than a guaranteed wage, and first-year income potential generally ranges from $85,000 to $130,000 depending on individual performance.
