Job description

About Us
At Vector Media, we're building the future of Mobility Marketing, where media moves with people, meets them in real life, and makes a lasting impression.
In an advertising world cluttered with screens and scrolls, we deliver real-world media with real results. From digital bus shelters and street-level storytelling to experiential activations, college campus and sports partnerships, we connect brands with audiences in the moments that matter most.
Our high-impact media, including fully wrapped vehicles and custom-built experiential assets, turns heads in cities nationwide. And with a presence in 50+ markets, we bring campaigns to life across communities, cultures, and coasts.
Founded in 1998, Vector has grown from an OOH disruptor into a full-service platform built on data, creativity, and movement. We call it Marketing in Motion, an approach that blends storytelling and strategy to drive results across every channel we touch.
But what truly sets us apart is how we show up: as partners. With our clients. With our media partners. With each other. Through accountability, innovation, and shared ambition, we're helping brands do more than reach people, we're helping them move people.
What We Value
  • Accountability: Taking ownership of our actions, learning from mistakes, and earning trust through responsibility.
  • Growth: Supporting personal and professional development, knowing that when our team members thrive, the company thrives.
  • Excellence: Always striving for the best possible results and never settling for "good enough".
  • Fun: Bringing energy, creativity, and joy into our work while celebrating our successes together.

Position Summary
Vector Media is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Coordinator in Orlando, FL to join our regional Local Sales Team. Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President (RVP), Southeastern Region, this role serves as the dedicated operational right hand to the RVP, driving regional business development and sales enablement. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing the regional sales pipeline through prospect research, high-impact presentation development, creative production workflows, and campaign management. This is a dedicated, strategic sales support role and is not an administrative/personal assistant position. This position is hybrid and requires 3 days in-office and offering 2 days remote.
Who You Are
  • A smart, ambitious, self-starter who balances big picture thinking with flawless tactical execution.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and built to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment.
  • Eager to master the operational mechanics of Out-of-Home (OOH) mobility marketing and scale within a top tier organization.
  • Tech savvy and data driven, with a passion for pipeline health, reporting, and system hygiene.
  • A natural connector who excels as the cross functional bridge between sales, operations, creative teams, and transit authority partners.
What You'll Bring
  • 1-3+ years' experience in Media, Advertising, or Sales Support (OOH experience is a plus)
  • Exemplary written, verbal, and research skills, with the ability to identify decision makers, draft custom pitch materials, and follow up demonstration.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Comfort with Mac environments and data reporting tools like Tableau is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder initiatives, meet tight deadlines, and maintain meticulous data hygiene.
  • Demonstrated capability to coordinate multi-stakeholder projects, manage tight deadlines, and maintain thorough data hygiene.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • High energy, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for media sales enablement.

What You'll Do
Sales Operations and Enablement
  • Coordinate, track, and enter client and Public Service Announcement (PSA) campaigns into Salesforce, partnering with production, operations, and transit authority teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Serve as the primary operational link between production teams and transit partners for artwork approvals, keeping the RVP aligned on key communications.
  • Partner with Marketing to maintain an up to date regional library of media kits, one-sheets, custom pitch decks, and sales collateral.
  • Maintain regional Salesforce data integrity, build standardized Tableau performance reports, and directly assist the RVP with group meeting preparation, reporting, and contract approvals.
Account Research and Coordination
  • Source and compile key decision-maker contact intelligence for target advertiser and agency lists to fuel regional outreach.
  • Process incoming account request forms and route leads seamlessly into active sales workflows.
Creative, Production, and Proof of Performance
  • Facilitate spec and production art requests across sales, clients, and internal design teams.
  • Coordinate field photography for transit media installations, converting proof-of-performance assets into polished PDF deliverables for clients and transit authority partners.
  • Drive special regional sales initiatives and operational projects as assigned by the RVP.
