We are currently seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Lancaster, PA.

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for administering and performing a wide variety of duties related to raw material inventory, semi-finished goods, completed goods and system upkeep working with internal & external customers to ensure inventory demands are met.

This position is responsible for identifying and resolving issues related to material as it flows throughout the process and managing the system updates or bar-coding process. Additionally, this role requires collaborating with peers and other levels of management on SAP and other subject-related matters.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred. High school diploma required.
  • 3-5 years purchasing and operations-support experience
  • 3-5 years experience in steel or related manufacturing process
  • Previous experience using SAP and inventory control management systems or any ERP/MRP system
  • Basic MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Strong time management, problem-solving and communication skills
