A Taste of What You'll Do
We're seeking a Production Process Control Coordinator to join our team from July to October and help us keep our operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with our Production and Planning teams and work closely with our hourly and salary employees to process work orders and ensure they are clear and free of discrepancies. We're looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, a passion for collaboration, and a willingness to work hard throughout the season. We are seeking team members who are open to a seasonal schedule, as we work three shifts as well as weekends during harvest.
What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 2 years of administrative support, production/operations, bookkeeping, or process coordination/management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Required to be at 18 years of age or older.
  • Required to maintain 3 shift work availability (day, swing, and graveyard)..
  • Required to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends.
  • Experienced in reading and comprehending simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
  • Experienced in writing simple correspondence and procedures.
  • Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
