Experience in Enterprise application support and Hypercare Microsoft Dynamics Oracle SAP etc.
Incident Problem Management: Monitor and prioritize support tickets.
Ensure timely resolution of critical issues and escalate when necessary.
Team Coordination between offshore and onshore across the cross functional teams working in project.
Assign tasks to support engineers and track progress.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Change Request Management
