Position: Service Manager

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Position

Work Schedule: 9:00am–5:00pm EDT (Monday–Friday); option to work overtime and weekends

Insight Pest Solutions is seeking a driven and reliable Service Manager to support our Montreal operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working both in the field and in a branch setting, balancing customer service, inspections, and operational support.

Position Summary – Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage stock, inventory, mail, and other packages
  • Provide interior and exterior inspections for residential customers on overflow routes
  • Identify pests, entry points, and infestations during service visits
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and recommending appropriate solutions
  • Set up, clean, and maintain the branch office in accordance with health and safety policies
  • Deliver products and supplies to technicians in the field
  • Travel as needed to assist with oversight, training, and operational support across locations
  • Provide occasional field support by performing pest control services as needed


Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift and carry 30+ pounds of equipment
  • Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces), damp, or dusty areas
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, crouching, balancing, and reaching


Minimum Qualifications – What Will Make You Successful

  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Reliable with strong communication skills when working with Branch Managers and team members
  • Takes pride in quality of work and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Quick thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Must possess a Pesticide Applicator License
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
  • Interest in pest control and field operations

Special Note: Prior to the start date, you will be required to complete your licensing exam and training to perform field services.
