Your job

  • Manage and implement large-scale technology projects using agile/hybrid principles and respecting scope, costs and deadlines
  • Work with delivery teams to deliver cloud solutions, ensuring scalability, security and performance
  • Diagnose problem situations, intervene and get involved in solving complex problems by implementing solutions
  • Raise and manage risks and issues inherent to the project in a consistent and proactive manner
  • Produce the various reports to monitor the progress of the project's work and provide progress statuses, while adapting communication to the audience
  • Ensure alignment between the it and Business teams regarding the various interdependencies affecting your project
  • Be a transformation agent to promote our values and foster a culture of agility, AI and collaboration between teams
  • Ensure ongoing communication with all internal and external stakeholders.

You will report to the Senior Manager - Delivery Performance.  In your role, you will contribute to a major transformation of Finances and lead projects in this sector.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience or master's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a project manager on large-scale and corporate projects
  • Solid knowledge of project management best practises, including budget management, forecasting and risk management
  • Comfortable with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence and Klaxoon
  • Concrete experience in software development projects in a cloud environment (AWS or Azure) or integrating SAAS solutions, with a solid understanding of modern cloud architecture
  • Experience in SAP financial environments would be an asset
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage executives, technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Experience leading workshops and coaching
  • Passion for innovation, sharing ideas and contributing to organisational transformation, including AI.
