As a Senior Manager, Project Oversight, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening WSP's national project delivery culture. You'll lead the endtoend oversight of project reviews across Canada, ensuring that projects of all sizes and complexities follow our Project Delivery Framework and meet the highest standards of governance, quality, and consistency.


Your Impact

  • Lead national project monitoring, review, and reporting processes in line with WSP's Project Review Policy and Procedure.
  • Orchestrate Executive and Major Project Reviews, focusing on Mega/Major and Watch List projects.
  • Analyze performance data, KPI trends, and gaps to drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as the gatekeeper for Global Power BI dashboards, validating performance insights with sector teams.
  • Support governance, compliance, and operational excellence through training and communication initiatives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional partners (Quality, H&S, Procurement, Risk & Legal, Commercial, P&C) to enhance project management frameworks.
  • Facilitate lessons learned, conflict resolution, and shared practices across the Major Project Management community.
  • Contribute to Global Project Performance Review (PPR) initiatives.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • Degree in Engineering, Planning, or related field, with 10+ years delivering complex, multidiscipline engineering or construction projects.
  • Experience delivering design projects in an engineering consulting environment.
  • P.Eng. designation preferred; AACE PSP considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and change management experience in multidisciplinary settings.
  • Deep knowledge of project delivery models, PM tools, planning, risk, cost, and schedule management frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for seniorlevel interactions.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

Compensation:

  • AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $147,500 - $195,400
  • MB & ON: $134,600 - $184,600
  • NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $133,200 - $176,900
