  • Roadmap Ownership: Identify, prioritize, and drive development of new features and integrations based on market needs, customer input, and technical feasibility. Define and communicate clear product requirements, including features, user experience and functional specifications, to engineering teams.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to define connector protocols, APIs, and deployment models that align with cloud-native principles while balancing an intuitive user experience.

  • Market Awareness: Track industry trends and emerging technologies in order to think strategically for developing solutions that are differentiated from the competition in the Privileged Access Management space.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage product data to continually improve existing functionality and work across the business to drive adoption and success.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Be the subject matter expert for your product area, enabling your counterparts in marketing and technical sales with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively position Okta Privileged Access.

Required:

  • Proven track record of delivering features or products that drive meaningful business outcomes
  • Analytical and decisive with the ability to drive action even with incomplete or ambiguous information
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with research, design, engineering, sales, and customer success teams
  • A passion for Okta's mission, coupled with curiosity and a drive to understand both business strategy and technical detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience

Preferred:
