What You Will Do

Join a high-impact marketing team where you'll create personalized, data-driven customer experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and growth across the customer lifecycle.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Lead lifecycle marketing campaigns supporting acquisition, retention, renewal, and cross-sell objectives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Create and optimize personalized, cross-channel customer journeys across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud.

ย ย ย ย ย  ย Partner with CRM, Analytics, UX, Digital, and IT teams to develop audience strategies, improve customer experiences, and drive measurable business results.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and journey metrics to identify optimization opportunities and support A/B testing initiatives.

What You Will Bring

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Minimum 5-7 years' progressive experience in digital marketing experience, CRM marketing, or lifecycle marketing.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Handson experience executing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business or related discipline.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies, including content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and digital media, with the ability to balance data-driven insights and creative problem-solving.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Proven project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility, drive collaboration, and deliver results across cross functional teams.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and SQL or Python.

Work Environment

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an at home and office environment.
