Job description

This position is responsible for ensuring the effective management, compliance, and integration of all HIV-related clinical and support service contracts, including HIV Medical, Medical Care Coordination (MCC), Benefits Specialty, and Psychiatric services. This role provides both direct clinical services and program oversight to ensure high-quality, compliant, and coordinated care across clinic sites.
MAJOR POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:
Performs all duties and responsibilities of this position, including, but not limited to:
  • Ensure that HIV Medical, Medical Care Coordination (MCC), Benefits Specialty, and Psychiatric contracts are in compliance with contracting agency guidelines.
  • Provide direct individual, family, and group therapy to clients in accordance with funding source guidelines. Assess, diagnose and prepare treatment plans and documentation on these clients, as required.
  • Provide supervision to interns.
  • Provide supervision, oversight and chart review for MCC, benefits contracts. Oversee ADAP applications and chart documentation per State OA guidelines.
  • Participate in HIV Case Conferences and multi-disciplinary team meetings including medical providers.
  • Develop, implement and monitor contract required Quality Assurance Plan for HIV Medical, MCC, Benefits Specialty, and Psychiatric programs.
  • In conjunction with the Director of Operations, will develop and implement required Quality Assurance activities per DHSP and agency requirements.
  • Ensure that all services are integrated within the HIV contracts at both clinic sites.
  • Ensure that all HIV reports are submitted in a timely manner and are compliant with guidelines. Oversee narratives along with monthly reporting data for all contracts, including Oral Health. Assist with AOM Fee for Service billing.
  • Oversee and submit annual RSR HRSA data report.
  • Work with the Director of Operations in recruiting staff.
  • Work with the Director of Operations in marketing and promotional activities.
  • Attend relevant staff meetings, trainings and appropriate outside meetings as required.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work; license as an MFCC or LCSW preferred. Knowledge of, and experience in, dealing with a wide range of presenting psychosocial problems. Experience on HIV/AIDS issues, preferred. Good organizational plus verbal and written communication skills.

DOE: $74,000 - $81,578 annually
