Job description

Position Summary...What you'll do...We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to help reimagine customer-centric advertising through Walmart's audience targeting products. You will partner closely with stakeholders across data, science, marketing, and engineering to build audience targeting products which bring relevant ads to Walmart customers and help advertisers achieve their objectives. Duties:  · Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from requirements, research, analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, through launch. · Define vision and strategies for audience targeting. Use domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identify market opportunities, build business cases, and measure success. · Build and manage a product roadmap. Align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, and drive prioritization. · Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. Share product roadmaps, seek feedback from business, product, engineering, and customers. Influence and secure buy-in from executive leadership. · Conduct industry and competitive analysis to understand the emerging trends in advertising industry to identify future opportunities. Identify customer segments and product market fit to inform product roadmap. · Partner with internal teams to create unique, compelling experiences that benefit Walmart customers and advertisers. Skills required: Experience defining and managing end to end product roadmaps, strategies, and scaling products. Experience leading technology product design, analysis, development, and system integration. Experience working in agile technology development and executing requirements analysis, creating user stories, reviewing technical approaches, leading reviews, and launching. Experience with testing activities, including system integration testing, A/B testing, smoke testing, and regression testing.  Experience with advertising technology platforms (ad servers, data management platforms, demand side platforms, etc.). Experience with Audience Targeting and/or Privacy Product Management is a bonus.
