Eagle Harbor, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager - Latent Print to join our Team in Arlington, VA.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The Latent Print Program Manager oversees the administration, supervision, and technical direction of the Latent Print Examination Unit. This position is responsible for ensuring that all latent print analyses, comparisons, and verifications are performed according to established standards, accreditation requirements, and best practices. The Program Manager provides expert guidance, manages personnel, oversees quality assurance, and ensures that the program supports the mission of the agency through timely, accurate, and scientifically valid results.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • 10 years of experience as a latent print examiner
  • 5+ years of experience managing large, mission critical biometric operations
