Position Summary
The Production Print Technician is responsible for operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing production equipment while ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple production workflows in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, technically capable, and comfortable working with production equipment and technology.
What You'll Do
  • Operate and monitor multiple printers and production systems
  • Produce DTF transfers, UV DTF products, decals, signage, and specialty printed products
  • Maintain print quality, color consistency, registration, and alignment
  • Troubleshoot print, media, software, and equipment-related issues
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and preventative care
  • Load materials and prepare equipment for production runs
  • Transition between multiple machines and workflows throughout the day
  • Assist with quality control, finishing, packaging, and fulfillment operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and production-ready workspace
  • Support implementation of new equipment and production technologies
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a print shop, sign shop, production print environment, manufacturing facility, or similar production setting
  • Experience operating production equipment and troubleshooting equipment-related issues
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple production tasks and priorities simultaneously
