Job description

Large Format Printer Operator


Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour


Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm


References Required: Please be prepared to provide 2–3 professional references upon request.


Creative Cause Solutions is seeking an experienced Large Format Printer Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will bring prior press and printing experience, meticulous attention to detail, and a consistent commitment to quality throughout the production process. Job-specific training will be provided on our equipment, processes, and quality standards. Compensation is based on experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain all printers according to manufacturer recommendations.
  • Prioritize and manage workflow to ensure timely completion of projects while meeting company and customer expectations.
  • Maximize machine capabilities.
  • Manage machine logs and coordinate maintenance and repair calls with vendors.
  • Printing and preparing large format signs, banners, and display graphics.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with other associates and departments.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with large format printing.
  • Experience printing on a large variety of substrates.
  • Understanding of RIP software and color management.
  • Willingness to follow department policies and procedures.
