Job Summary: ICS Corporation is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Print Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain high-speed digital printing equipment in a fast-paced direct mail and marketing production environment. The Digital Print Operator is responsible for producing high-quality printed materials while meeting production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements.
Schedules:
  • 2nd: Monday - Wednesday; 6 pm - 6 am
  • 4th: Thursday - Saturday; 6 pm - 6 am

Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed digital printing equipment.
  • Review job tickets and production specifications to ensure accurate job setup.
  • Load paper, ink, toner, and other consumables as required.
  • Perform quality checks throughout production runs to ensure color consistency, print quality, registration, and data accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and make adjustments to maintain optimal production performance.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Coordinate with Prepress, Data Processing, and Mail Operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and job completion.
  • Monitor production schedules and prioritize jobs to meet customer deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and operating procedures.
  • Assist with cross-training and operation of other production equipment as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous digital printing experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience operating Ricoh, Canon, HP, or Oce production printers is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production instructions.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
