Job description
We are an established, busy print shop seeking an experienced Digital Press & Production Operator. This is a fast-paced production role requiring someone who can learn quickly, think ahead, and keep equipment running efficiently throughout the day.
Equipment You’ll Run
- Konica Minolta Color Digital Press
- Konica Minolta Black & White Digital Press
- DTF printers, multi-station heat press, and envelope press (training provided as needed)
Responsibilities
- Set up and run digital print jobs accurately and efficiently
- Manage multiple jobs per day, not one job at a time
- Prioritize work and keep presses running with minimal downtime
- Perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting
- Assist with finishing and other production tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized production area
Requirements
- Previous print shop experience strongly preferred
- Must be a fast learner who can catch on quickly
- Ability to work with urgency and meet production deadlines
- Comfortable standing, moving, and working hands-on all day
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining speed
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
