Encore Label & Packaging is hiring a Flexographic Press Operator with experience in label printing and packaging manufacturing. This role is ideal for candidates with Mark Andy or similar flexo press experience, looking for a stable, full-time opportunity in Charlotte.Pay & Schedule
  • $19.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • 4-day work week
  • Overtime available
Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate flexographic printing presses (Mark Andy, CEI, or similar)
  • Perform press setup, color matching, and quality control
  • Run pressure-sensitive label jobs from start to finish
  • Troubleshoot press issues and maintain production efficiency
  • Work with die cutting, rewinders, and finishing equipment
  • Review job tickets and ensure accurate production setup
  • Maintain equipment and perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Use shop floor systems for job tracking and reporting
Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience as a Flexographic Press Operator or Printing Press Operator
  • Experience in label printing or packaging manufacturing preferred
  • Familiarity with Mark Andy presses, die cutting, or narrow web printing
