  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through quote, sample, close, and launch
  • Build strong relationships with brand owners, procurement teams, operations leaders, and packaging buyers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend label constructions, materials, print methods, and finishing options
  • Partner with internal estimating and operations teams to deliver accurate, timely, and competitive quotes
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate forecasting updates
  • Conduct in-person customer meetings, plant tours, and onsite visits regularly
  • Work closely with customer service, prepress, and production to ensure successful project handoff and execution
  • Monitor market activity, competitor positioning, and pricing dynamics within the label space
  • Support strategic account growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities across broader Calyx packaging offerings

  • Understanding of flexographic, digital, and other relevant print technologies
  • Experience working with quotes, specs, artwork workflows, and production timelines
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Highly organized with strong CRM and pipeline discipline
  • Must be based in Utah and able to work in person
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for customer meetings

Preferred
  • Existing relationships in CPG, food and beverage, supplements, personal care, cannabis, or adjacent packaging markets
