Job description

We are currently seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined individual to join our Post Press Department. If you're looking to be part of a supportive, family-oriented team, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Summary:

As a Post Press Machine Operator, you will set up and operate a Rewinder machine, which converts large printed rolls into smaller, finished rolls ready for customer use. You will also assist with packaging, quality control, and support various areas across the production floor as needed.

Location: Kentwood, MI
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (No Weekends)
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate Rewinder machines and other finishing equipment
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and print integrity
  • Accurately report production data into tracking systems
  • Package completed products for shipment
  • Support other departments as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Mechanical aptitude; printing experience is a plus but not required
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Solid math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to cross-train on other production equipment
