Full-Time Office Manager
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Managing Enrollment and Touring prospective families
  • Answering parent and prospective parent inquiries via Email and phone.
  • Managing the school's social media, website and on-line content
  • Maintaining medications and school drills 
  • Communicating with students and parents with kindness and compassion
  • Maintaining student files, including health and immunization records
  • Maintaining class ratios
  • Coordinating student transitions into new classrooms
  • Assisting director with other duties as assigned
Required Work Experience:
  • One year experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant in a licensed preschool or day care setting.
  • Teaching experience in a licensed preschool or day care setting is preferred.
  • Associates Degree OR Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred but not required.
Experience driving a 14 passenger bus is a plus!
