Position Type: Full-Time
The Goddard School in Sugar Hill is seeking a highly organized, professional, and dependable Office Manager to join our preschool team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and able to manage multiple administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced childcare environment.
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Greet and assist families, visitors, and prospective parents
  • Maintain student records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Manage NPS score 
  • Tour and follow up with prospective families
  • Process enrollment paperwork and maintain attendance records
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and vendors
  • Support billing, invoicing, and other financial administrative functions
  • Assist with scheduling and general office management duties
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional front office environment
Qualifications
  • Previous office management or administrative experience preferred
  • Previous experience in a Preschool setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
