Overview
The Preschool Administrative Assistant supports the daily operations of a high-quality early childhood program. This role ensures smooth office operations while providing excellent service to families, staff, and the community.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front office operations (phones, emails, greeting families).
  • Schedule and conduct tours for prospective families and support enrollment follow-up.
  • Maintain student files, enrollment documentation, and attendance logs.
  • Assist with billing, tuition tracking, and basic administrative reporting.
  • Support licensing compliance and health and safety documentation.
  • Coordinate calendars, communications, and special events.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Director and teaching staff.

Qualifications

  • Administrative experience required; preschool or childcare experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills and general office technology.
  • Professional, welcoming demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
