About This Role

Seeking a caring and dedicated Preschool Assistant Teacher to join our Christian preschool ministry opening September 2026. We are passionate about providing a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment where young children can grow socially, emotionally, and academically.


What You'll Do
  • Foster a warm, inclusive classroom environment where children feel loved, valued, and encouraged.
  • Assist and Support the Classroom Lead Teacher.
  • Partner with parents and guardians in supporting each child’s growth and faith journey.
  • Ensure classroom safety and uphold policies that provide a secure, nurturing environment.
  • Collaborate with other teachers to uphold the mission and values of our preschool ministry.
  • Attend training sessions or professional meetings to develop or maintain professional knowledge.

Requirements
  • Love for Christ and a passion for teaching young children.
  • Prior experience in early childhood education or preschool setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
