Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is a leading technology consulting firm, and they are seeking a PreSales Solution Consultant to provide presales support for FSM related opportunities. The role involves managing business priorities, leading solution teams, and engaging with clients to design effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
• The FSM Presales Consultant is responsible for providing presales support for FSM related opportunities primarily in NA, right from opportunity qualification, RFX response, estimations to inputs in commercial constructs.
• Prepare proactive GTM plans for FSM business, includes identification of themes and solutions relevant for customers and prospects.
• Relationship management and alliance with FSM Platform/Solution Providers (and other FSM partners that TCS works with).
• Engage with partners for niche solutions and offerings for customers and prospects.
• Support delivery teams and resource management ecosystem to identify, mobilize and on-board right talent.
• Lead discovery and solutioning sessions with customers.
Qualifications:
Required:
• BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
• 10 - 25 Years of experience
• Create win themes around customers DFSM business challenges or asks
• Able to effectively manage business priorities in a matrix set up
• Able to lead the solution team - onsite and offshore teams
• Has a good commercial acumen and able to identify the impact of solution elements/tenets on client commercials
• Able to effectively liaise with the major accounts to utilize synergies for new opportunities
• Able to provide overall direction to DFSM presence especially in NA
• Prepare proactive GTM plans for FSM business, includes identification of themes and solutions relevant for customers and prospects.
• Relationship management and alliance with FSM Platform/Solution Providers (and other FSM partners that TCS works with).
• Engage with partners for niche solutions and offerings for customers and prospects.
• Support delivery teams and resource management ecosystem to identify, mobilize and on-board right talent
• Lead discovery and solutioning sessions with customers
Preferred:
• Ability to design and provide solutions for Field Service opportunities on Salesforce / ServiceMax will be an added advantage.
