Overview

Stacked Commerce is seeking a hands-on FBA Prep Warehouse Manager to oversee daily Amazon FBA preparation and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for managing inbound shipments, FBA prep workflows, team productivity, and outbound compliance to ensure accurate, fast, and scalable fulfillment for multiple consumer brands.

This is an operational leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and understands Amazon FBA requirements.

Responsibilities

Amazon FBA Prep Operations

  • Manage all Amazon FBA prep workflows including labeling, poly bagging, bundling, kitting, and palletization
  • Ensure all shipments meet Amazon compliance requirements
  • Oversee creation and execution of FBA shipment plans
  • Verify carton labeling, pallet labels, and routing requirements
  • Coordinate SPD, LTL, and FTL shipments to Amazon FCs
  • Manage carton contents and shipment accuracy

Warehouse Management

  • Supervise warehouse team and assign daily priorities
  • Ensure productivity targets and deadlines are met
  • Manage inbound receiving and putaway
  • Oversee inventory organization and storage layout
  • Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
  • Improve SOPs and operational workflows

Team Leadership

  • Manage warehouse staff and prep team
  • Train new employees on FBA prep standards
  • Monitor productivity and quality control
  • Hold team accountable to deadlines
  • Assist with hiring and staffing as volume grows

Inventory & Accuracy

  • Track inventory movement and reconciliation
  • Ensure accurate counts before FBA shipment
  • Investigate discrepancies and damages
  • Maintain FIFO and lot tracking when required

Shipping & Logistics

  • Schedule carrier pickups (UPS, LTL, FTL)
  • Prepare BOLs and shipping documents
  • Coordinate delivery appointments when needed
  • Ensure on-time shipment to Amazon

Requirements

  • 3+ years warehouse experience
  • 2+ years Amazon FBA prep experience (required)
  • Experience managing warehouse teams
  • Strong understanding of Amazon FBA requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working on warehouse floor daily
  • Strong organization and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
