Hines Park Lincoln is actively seeking the right candidate to join our 2025 President's Award winning team as Prep Manager. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have strong organizational skills, and phenomenal time management. He or she will be responsible for making sure all new and pre-owned vehicles get cleaned up on time based on our prep schedule. Don't wait, apply today! The best part of the job? Responsibilities

  • Manage all prep employee's
  • Make sure all vehicles get prepped in a timely manner
  • Clean the interior, exterior and under the hood of new,ย pre-owned, and client-owned vehiclesย 
  • Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Prep or detail center department experience is a plus
  • Previous experience managing other people is a plus
  • Experience meeting strict deadlines
  • Positive attitude, can-do mentality,ย  eagerness to improve
  • Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
