The Prep Cook will work closely with the culinary team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to food safety regulations. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to manage time effectively to meet the demands of a fast-paced kitchen. Ultimately, the Prep Cook supports the kitchenโ€™s success by delivering well-prepared ingredients that enable chefs to create exceptional meals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in smoking meats and basic food preparation techniques
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
