Job description

Overview
Responsible for Pre - Registration of patients. After training position is remote.
Responsibilities
Responsible for Pre - Registration of patients' including updating demographic and insurance information and creating accurate and thorough registration records.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection of copays and financial counseling services, as needed.
Adheres to confidentiality requirements when handling patient information.
After completing 90 days of onsite training in Pinehurst, NC there is an opportunity to work remotely.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required
In a fast paced ever changing time sensitive environment; multitasking is a must in Pre Reg world.
In addition, the following are essential:

  • Confident
  • Self-motivated to meet daily goals.
Prefer candidates with:
  • Experience in customer service (preferably in healthcare) with the following skills:
