Pre-Employment Testing Tech | Outpatient | Full-time | 301 Dodson Street Midland, TX 79701

We're excited to welcome a Pre-Employment Testing Technician who takes pride in delivering a positive, professional experience and wants to grow alongside a supportive and driven team.

The Pre-Employment Testing Technician supports employer-referred candidates by administering standardized, legally compliant pre-employment testing services. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth, efficient testing process while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. You will work closely with therapists and clinic staff to support safe, compliant, and timely testing.

Your Role: 

  • Administer pre-employment testing services including drug screens (urinalysis, breath alcohol, hair follicle), audiograms, pulmonary function tests (PFTs), and respirator mask fit testing
  • Assist with DOT physical exams and support providers during examinations
  • Educate candidates on proper lifting techniques and body mechanics during functional testing
  • Ensure all testing is completed accurately and in compliance with DOT and Non-DOT regulations
  • Manage candidate flow to maintain an organized, efficient testing process
  • Accurately document testing results and activities within clinic systems
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, clinic staff, and employer partners
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional testing environment
  • Collaborate with therapists and team members to ensure candidate safety and quality outcomes

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow standardized protocols
  • Ability to learn and perform multiple testing procedures (training provided)
  • Comfortable lifting and moving weighted boxes and testing equipment as required
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort using clinic software systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
