We're hiring an Operations Coordinator to support our mortgage fulfillment team by coordinating disclosures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting with loan setup and workflow management throughout the mortgage process.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented mortgage professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating across teams to help deliver an exceptional borrower experience while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate and track initial disclosures, redisclosures, and initial Closing Disclosures to ensure compliance with TRID and regulatory timelines
  • Order, prepare, review, and verify documents required for accurate and compliant loan disclosures
  • Monitor disclosure timelines and proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact compliance or service levels
  • Support Loan Coordinators, Underwriters, Closers, and other operational teams with loan setup, documentation, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate loan information and documentation within mortgage systems throughout the loan lifecycle
  • Organize and maintain complete loan files while ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Communicate with Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders to resolve outstanding items and maintain workflow efficiency
  • Provide exceptional internal customer service to Loan Officers, Loan Coordinators, Underwriters, Closers, and management
  • Maintain current knowledge of mortgage regulations, investor requirements, and internal procedures
  • Support departmental initiatives, operational improvements, and special projects as assigned

What You Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two or more years of mortgage processing, loan coordination, disclosure, or related mortgage operations experience preferred
  • Two or more years of customer service experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of TRID, QM, and mortgage disclosure requirements
  • Working knowledge of residential mortgage documents and the mortgage lending process
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and mortgage-related software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service
