Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and train office staff and delegate assignments.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the practice including providing an exceptional patient experience. Team member development and accountability, and overall financial profitability of the practice.
  • Monitor production, collection, and receivables on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • Must have an entrepreneurial mindset that allows a proactive effort to improve the practice.
  • Build positive relationships with clinical practitioners, dental assistants, and administrative team members.
  • Thrive in a multitasking, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • The ability to step into various roles and wear different hats.
  • Responsible for the overall success of the practice as measured by patient satisfaction, team member satisfaction, and meeting business goals both financial and operational.


Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years experience successfully leading/managing.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • AR/AP experience, along with fundamental accounting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow withattention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to deal effectively with multiple personalities at all levels.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.


Experience Required:

  • 1-5 years of management experience in a dental office.
  • Knowledge of dental billing (FFS, PPO).
  • Self-motivated and ambitious.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Tuesday - 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
