Location:

We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join a well-established dental 10 operatory practice in La Crosse, Wisconsin. La Crosse is a vibrant city located on the Mississippi River, known for its beautiful scenery, outdoor activities, and rich cultural heritage.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a desire to grow within our practice. As an Associate Dentist, you will work alongside experienced dentists and have the opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience.

4 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crown and bridge work

- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries

- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options

- Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care

- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans

- Keep up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses as required

- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols

- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and team members

Qualifications:

- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

- Active Wisconsin dental license

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice preferred

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment
