  • The Dental Team - As an assistant department head, you will be responsible for the business operations of the patient journey, including patient scheduling, reception, supporting the patient experience, visit completion, and patient return. Requirements
  • Previous experience (3 + years) as the office/practice manager of a busy service oriented multi-specialty dental practice.
  • Must love people, working in teams, and demonstrate an aptitude for having fun, leading bravely, and creating greatness
  • A demonstrated commitment to an exemplary employee and patient experience
  • Associates degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of dental practice operations and management
  • Familiarity or experience with dental practice management systems preferably Dentrix/Ascend
  • Understanding of managerial and financial reporting and financial principles (i.e., practice management reports, production reports, financial statements) is a plus
  • Willingness to build trust to achieve results
