Job description

The Practice Manager works closely with the Doctor and staff to ensure that all the business aspects of the practice are functioning in an orderly and proficient manner. This individual strives to bring out the best in the entire staff, for the benefit of our patients. The Practice Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a stand alone dental facility; the manager has the overall responsibility for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the work and resources involved in running a service oriented business. The Practice Manager's goal is to ensure the company vision is attained, the values are upheld and environment is created.
