Clinical Rehab Specialist PRN

The PPS Coordinator promotes high quality, patient-centered care by providing clinical support in the prompt, accurate completion of the IRF Patient Assessment Instrument (IRF-PAI), to ensure accuracy in the scoring of functional status and reflection of the patient's care needs. In collaboration with the care team, the PPS Coordinator also assists in the ongoing monitoring of identified benchmarks for the inpatient rehab population. The PPS Coordinator accesses confidential patient information and maintains confidentiality of all information.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support
  • Associate Degree in Nursing or Respiratory Therapy or Bachelor's Degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy. Master's Degree in Speech Therapy required.
  • 2+ years experience in clinical care
  • 2+ years experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred
  • (equivalent combination of education and or experience.
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse, or other licensed professional in specialty, in the State of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
  • Certified Registered Rehab Nurse (CRRN) Preferred
