  • Implement role-based access controls, permissions structures, and security considerations in coordination with cybersecurity, governance, and Government stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, test, and optimize Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, SharePoint solutions, and related low-code applications.
  • Support Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that provide leadership and stakeholders with actionable data and improved visibility into business processes.
  • Develop and maintain technical and user-facing documentation, including requirements documentation, user guides, administrator guides, implementation plans, run books, and knowledge articles.
  • Participate in customer synchronization meetings, technical discussions, demonstrations, and solution review sessions related to Power Platform and SharePoint initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations and technical analysis for low-code application design, sustainment, governance, and future modernization opportunities.
  • Develop briefings, status updates, and presentations for Government leadership on Power Platform solutions, application progress, risks, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Provide weekly activity reporting detailing completed tasks, ongoing initiatives, issues, risks, and planned activities.
  • Ensure solutions align with applicable DoD, Army, cybersecurity, data governance, and enterprise IT policies, including relevant DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides where applicable.
  • Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform capabilities, emerging features, best practices, and opportunities to apply new tools in practical ways for the customer.
