Job description

Overview

LMI is seeking an Enterprise Power Platform Developer with demonstrated experience designing and delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions at scale to support a United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) mission partner.

LMI is a new breed of digital solutions provider dedicated to accelerating government impact with innovation and speed. Investing in technology and prototypes ahead of need, LMI brings commercial-grade platforms and mission-ready AI to federal agencies at commercial speed.

Leveraging our mission-ready technology and solutions, proven expertise in federal deployment, and strategic relationships, we enhance outcomes for the government, efficiently and effectively. With a focus on agility and collaboration, LMI serves the defense, space, healthcare, and energy sectors-helping agencies navigate complexity and outpace change. Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.

This position requires an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret.

Responsibilities

As the Enterprise Power Platform Developer, you will design, build, and govern Power Platform solutions-Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and Dataverse-that solve real operational problems for senior military leaders and their staffs.

You will own solutions end-to-end: gather requirements directly from operators, prototype quickly, harden for production, and deploy through ALM pipelines using managed solutions, environment strategy, and source control. You will integrate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure services, and external APIs as the mission requires.

You will set and enforce enterprise governance: environment strategy, DLP policies, Center of Excellence (CoE) tooling, naming conventions, and security/role models. You translate ad-hoc citizen-developer apps into supportable enterprise capabilities.

You proactively solve unusual and/or complex problems with little or no direction given and thrive in a fast-paced technical environment that prioritizes mission impact and speed of delivery.

You are an expert with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and fluent in modern delivery practices (Agile, source control, CI/CD).

Qualifications
  • Active Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience building enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Demonstrated expertise across Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Strong working knowledge of Power Fx, JSON, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph
  • Experience designing and operating Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using managed solutions, multiple environments, and source control
  • Experience implementing Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) governance, DLP policies, and tenant-level administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate operator needs into technical solutions and brief outcomes to GO/SES-level stakeholders
  • Experience integrating with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Azure services

Desired Qualifications

  • Active DoD Top-Secret Clearance
  • Microsoft Certifications: PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, or PL-500
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 GCC High and Azure Government
  • Experience with Power BI semantic modeling and DAX
  • Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines for Power Platform ALM
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 model-driven apps
  • Experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or Special Operations customers

Target Salary Range: $123,000 - $211,000
