Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Product Manager in Minneapolis, MN.
Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to enhance digital experiences and stay ahead of evolving economic, competitive, technological, and customer needs. In this role, you will evaluate emerging AI capabilities, define reusable patterns, and partner with stakeholders to deliver automation solutions that scale.
Key Tasks:
* Evaluate and experiment with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and platform capabilities by running proofs of concept and comparative assessments
* Develop reusable AI enablement patterns (for example, retrieval-augmented generation and agent-based approaches) aligned to enterprise-approved applications and guidelines
* Use REST APIs and tools such as Apigee and GitHub to automate and streamline existing processes
* Assess and improve API monitoring and operational excellence using tools such as API Metrics, Datadog, and Splunk
* Partner with internal stakeholders to capture requirements, define solution designs, and lead technical discussions focused on process automation using agentic AI
* Analyze data across multiple tools and systems to identify and deliver automation use cases
* Create, support, and enhance low-code automation solutions (including Power Apps and Power Automate flows) that enable product publishing and notification activities
* Bring strong technical aptitude, systems thinking, and hands-on experience with low-code automation platforms (this role is not strictly a traditional software developer position)
* Identify common publishing and notification patterns across federated teams and translate them into shared, reusable automation approaches
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 3-5 years of working with APIs
* 3+ years of Python experience
* 2+ years in AI development
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
