Job Title: Power Platform Developer

Location: Remote, USA

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise business applications within a Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, SharePoint Online, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and other Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
  • Build workflow automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable Power Platform solutions following Microsoft best practices and governance standards.
  • Configure, administer, maintain, and troubleshoot SharePoint Online environments, including sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and content management.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end users for SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions.
  • Develop integrations between Power Platform applications and enterprise systems using SQL Server, REST APIs, XML, JSON, Microsoft 365 services, and external applications.
  • Create reusable components, forms, dashboards, workflows, and automated reporting solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, deployment validation, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, architecture documents, and knowledge transfer materials.
