Overview:

The Reporting Analytics and Data (RAD) team serves as a technical enablement partner for UnitedHealth Group's Enterprise Services organization. In this team leadership role, you will guide a group of engineers responsible for delivering data-driven solutions across a broad range of corporate functions, including Real Estate, Mergers and Acquisitions, and other enterprise business areas. You will help set technical direction, prioritize work, mentor team members, and partner with business stakeholders to modernize legacy processes, improve automation, and deliver scalable solutions that support informed decision-making. This role also provides the opportunity to lead the design and delivery of business applications, workflows, and modern data solutions that improve how teams access, manage, and act on critical information.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, and career development for a team of analysts engineers responsible for Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and RAD AI-driven solutions (not related to AI Finance Transformation)
  • Oversee the design, development, and governance of scalable Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and self-service reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision making across the organization
  • Lead the delivery of business applications, workflow automations, and process improvements utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related Microsoft technologies
  • Identify, develop, and operationalize AI-powered solutions, including Copilot Studio agents, conversational experiences, and intelligent workflow automations that improve business efficiency and user experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, analytics, technology, and business functions to prioritize initiatives, define roadmaps, establish governance standards, and ensure successful solution adoption

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience with data warehousing, data modeling, SQL/Snowflake, and analytics platforms, with experience translating business requirements into scalable reporting and analytical solutions
  • 5 years of experience implementing AI-enabled solutions, Copilot technologies, conversational agents, intelligent automation, or machine learning use cases within an enterprise environment
  • 3 years of experience leading technical teams with demonstrated success managing employees, developing talent, and delivering complex business technology initiatives
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and governance best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders, manage competing priorities, and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
