Job description

Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a skilled Power Platform Engineer to lead the design, development, and scaling of low-code solutions. The engineer will also mentor less experienced engineers while working on various Low Code development projects and solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and scaling of low-code solutions.
• Mentor less experienced engineers to upskill/support these solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Skilled and well experienced developer to work on various Low Code development projects and solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite of development solutions
• Lead the design, development, and scaling of low-code solutions
• Mentoring less experienced engineers to upskill/support these solutions
• Exposure/use with AI Platforms, specifically MS CoPilot, ChatGTP and/or Tachyon
• 3+ years Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows, Notebooks, Data Wrangler, etc)
• Very strong analytical and creative thinking skills
Preferred:
• Prior experience with HR/Workforce-type data
• Alteryx Platform experience strongly preferred
