Job description

Duties:
  • Cutting, trimming and packing poultry
  • Use knives, scissors and other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming.
  • Clean and trim, slice, and section carcasses for future processing
  • Cut and trim meat to prepare for packing
  • Remove parts, such as skin, feathers, bones from carcasses

Position Requirements:
  • No training, education or experience required
  • Urine Drug Test Required

Day Shift
8:15AM-4:45PM
Night Shift
4:45PM-1:15AM
