What You'll Do as an Entry-Level Poultry Warehouse Associate: (duties vary depending on your assigned area)
  • Rehang, hang, trim, cut, debone, and process poultry products on a fast-paced production line.
  • Use knives, scissors, mechanical saws, and other equipment as required for your assigned position.
  • Inspect, grade, and handle poultry products according to quality and production standards.
  • Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), food-safety, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout your shift.
  • Work in a hands-on poultry processing environment that may be wet, cold, fast-paced, and physically demanding.
  • Be comfortable working around poultry, animal parts, blood, strong odors, and cleaning chemicals such as chlorine.
