Job Description Summary
Assist students with general post-production technical help and work with Dodge post-production staff to complete upgrades and general tasks as necessary.
Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site first tier technical post-production assistance
  • Report serious technical issues to post staff
  • Enforce post suite rules and regulations
  • Monitor post suite reservation system
  • Check on 2nd floor printer equipment
  • Check out hard drives and equipment to students
  • Assist post staff as necessary
  • Occasionally assisting tech staff with event support
Required Qualifications
  • Some relevant experience required
  • Must have some computer-related technical skills
  • Willingness to learn more about film and video post-production workflows and techniques
  • Good customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Punctuality and attention to detail
  • Minimal manual labor and lifting of equipment may be required
