The Business Office Manager will assist with the operations of the business office including accounts receivable, resident billing, accounts payable, payroll, central supply, and Resident Trust Fund. The Business Office Manager will administer the distribution and inventory of resident care supplies in accordance with facility policies and procedures under the direction of the Administrator. Assist in preparing nursing department supplies and medical records. Experience working in a Long Term Care facility.

Job Requirements for the Business Office Manager:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Business Office Management (BOM) experience or a similar role required
  • Central supply experience preferred
  • Long Term Care/Sub Acute Rehab experience preferred
  • Must have a current/active CPR certification.
