D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a temporary part-time Office Assistant for their Main Office Department. The right candidate will provide support with the daily activities of the office including filing, telephone coverage, and general clerical assistance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain Division files. Keep filing current and create new files as needed.
  • Deliver mail and faxes
  • Retrieve voicemail messages
  • Distribute outgoing items.
  • Relieve receptionist for breaks and lunch.
  • Drop off outgoing mail at post office.
  • Sort office faxes throughout the day.
  • Troubleshoot any problems with office machinery. Call for maintenance as necessary.
  • Order and stock office supplies.
  • Clean out refrigerator weekly.
  • Assist other departments as schedule allows.
