Hotel Maintenance

Hotel Maintenance plays a crucial role in ensuring thesmooth operation of a hotel by making sure that all facilities, utilities andequipment are in good working condition.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable hotel maintenancestaff member to join our team.

In this position, you will play a key role in maintainingthe premises of our hotel, including the repair and maintenance of hotelfacilities such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and other hotelequipment.

Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, andwilling to take on routine and non-routine tasks as the need arises.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, some electrical repairs, HVAC repairs, plumbing, etc.
  • Responding to guest issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform preventive maintenance in hotel sleeping rooms and public areas.
  • Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities
  • Communicate with hotel management on any work orders, safety issues, or concerns
  • Ensure that all work areas are clean and organized
  • Comply with all safety and health regulations
  • Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
  • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
  • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
  • Good physical condition and strength
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus
